Flooding On The Sacramento River
George Basye, a retired lawyer for Downey and Brand LLC, has worked for 50 years on issues surrounding the Sacramento River. In this interview, he discusses a landmark case he was involved in and also give a warning about the potential floods the Sacramento could bring in the future.
